Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
•    Items must be unused and in original packaging
•    Proof of purchase is required
Opened or used products are not returnable, except in cases of defect or shipping damage.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at HereForYou@Leatherique.com with your order number and photos. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
