Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are typically processed the same day the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed the next business day, unless we happen to be in the shop working that weekend.  Custom dye orders generally ship within a week of order placement.

Shipping destinations

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations to include the EU and Middle East.  International availability, shipping methods, and delivery times vary by location.  Please attempt to place your order on our website.  If you are unable to place your order via our website, please contact us.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships.

  • U.S. orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days
  • International orders: Transit times vary by destination and carrier and may take 7–21 business days

Delays can be due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or regional conditions are outside our control.  For U.S. orders most of our shipping is via UPS but for remote locations of the US, we use USPS.  DHL handles most international orders placed directly on our website.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, duties and taxes should be included at checkout; please read the checkout page carefully, it will indicate if it is included.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays and carrier issues

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at HereForYou [at] Leatherique.com and in most cases we will re-ship your order to you.
